Customer Service...How We Work. |
PRIOR TO PICTURE DAY:
- Picture day mural (and your NESP representative) walk you through the best way to schedule your teams. If you would prefer us to schedule your teams that can be arranged with your NESP representatitve.
- Order forms are shipped to you for distribution 3 weeks prior to picture day.**
- Order forms are distributed to players one week prior to picture day.

ON PICTURE DAY:
- Our highly trained photography team always stay within your schedule. If you don't believe it, check out our references!
- We handle the collection of all envelopes. No one from your league needs to be there on picture day.

AFTER PICTURE DAY:
- Pictures are returned in 3 1/2 to 4 weeks
- If parents have any questions regarding their order they can call our full time customer service department to answer their questions.
- Personalized Sponsors (or coaches) plaques are delivered to you 2 weeks after you supply us with your plaque order.***

** If you choose our "No Hassle, no work" program order forms can be shipped directly to coaches.
***Plaque orders need to be emailed to tomhawley@nesportsphoto.com faxed to 978-474-0801 or mailed to our Andover address. Correspondence should clearly state that this is your plaque order. |
