Customer Service...How We Work. |
PRIOR TO PICTURE DAY:
- Picture day manual (and your NESP representative) walk you through the best way to schedule your teams. If you would prefer us to schedule your teams that can be arranged with your NESP representatitve.
- Order forms are shipped to you for distribution 3 weeks prior to picture day.**
- Order forms are distributed to players one week prior to picture day.

ON PICTURE DAY:
- Our highly trained photography team always stay within your schedule. If you don't believe it, check out our references!
- We handle the collection of all envelopes. No one from your league needs to be there on picture day.

AFTER PICTURE DAY:
- Pictures are returned when you need them. Since we own are own lab we can often get photos returned in 1-2 weeks if requested.
- If parents have any questions regarding their order they can call our full time customer service department to answer their questions.
- Personalized Sponsors (or coaches) plaques are delivered to you within 2 weeks after you supply us with your plaque order. Plaques are manufactured in house allowing us to have themto you in 1 or 2 days when required.***

***Plaque orders need to be emailed to tomhawley@nesportsphoto.com faxed to 978-327-5029 or mailed to our Methuen address. Correspondence should clearly state that this is your plaque order. |
